Sushi Blue - Blue Lake

Meh.The fish was fresh but that 's due to a good supplier. The server was very pleasant and attentive but she made it a point to indicate where the tip jar was for the sushi chef . Not cool.Ordered 2 different rolls. Neither was cut properly. One roll had three different sizes. The other had four. Can 't expect too much for the area. Other than the sandwich/burger side of the casino, this is the only restaurant in town.

Service was good. The food was ok. My husband liked his. Mine I sent back because it smelled like old fish and tasted bad. I sent ot back and got a different type of roll. It was stinky also, and tasted terrible.

Literally the best place to eat sushi in all of Humboldt county. I cannot describe how great this sushi is. The only place in these parts with really high quality fish! Also really amazing vegetarian vegan options, and unique rolls.

Sushi Blue is a hidden gem. Hands down best sushi in Humboldt. You will never leave hungry or unsatisfied.

Wonderful little sushi restaurant inside Blue Lake Casino. The Mushroom Trio Roll was delicious as were the more traditional Salmon rolls we tried. Sensitive to gluten-free and vegan diets as well as providing a full menu of traditional sushi favorites. Highly recommend!
