Bidra med feedbackThis is the worst Subway in the Tri-Cities. Every time I visit, something goes wrong. I either spend 15-20 minutes waiting in line for my order, or when I try to order online to avoid the wait, they either get it wrong or offer a sandwich that hasn’t been available for over a month. The management and customer service are lacking.
When I arrived, there was only one employee behind the counter. After a while, a male employee came out of the bathroom and went back in again. The woman who was working did her best, but the restaurant was quite crowded. When the man finally showed up, he took over the register, even though she had several veggie sandwiches waiting while she was still trying to fulfill the order for the couple ahead of me. I really felt for her; she was working hard and handling everything on her own. I wish I had caught her name because I wanted to acknowledge her effort and express my disappointment in how the other employee was not helping. The sandwiches were delicious and the service was good, but with just one person handling the rush, it took a long time to get everything finished.
The restaurant was spotlessly clean and spacious. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They had extensive knowledge of the menu items, which greatly assisted me in making my choices and saved me a lot of time. The three young ladies provided exceptional hospitality. I felt valued and appreciated throughout my visit. I was not just satisfied; I was truly impressed by the outstanding customer service. I’ve been raving about this place to my coworkers, family, and friends, and I highly recommend it!
