Employees refused to let me substitute one meat for the equivalent of another, I however have made the exact same order at several different locations over several years never had an issue before this.
I stopped in to get a sandwich on my lunch break. I ordered a 6 they started making me a 12 totally not what I ordered, Then he used way to much mustard and mayo ruined my sandwich and was very rude. I don't like giving bad reviews, but if there was an option for No stars, I would. Their customer service was so bad. I will never ever eat there again!
Staffs not great, I use to work at a subway and had to basically tell her what to do, bag, for and crutons for the salad, chop the salad) Lack of training? Just don?t care? I?m not sure but she definitely had an attitude. As for the food, it?s subway, what do you expect?
Foods always good staff is hit or miss. Half the time they give push back or will not do orders over the phone at all. I've worked in serving and fast-food so I'm patient but proactive. I try to make the whole thing quick while understanding a rush is a rush. But anytime I order over the phone they haven't made it and there's 2-3 people in line, not exactly a rush. Today one woman was flirting with a young male coworker, while another woman handled the sandwiches.
