Subway - Bloomington

This subway deserves no star. I ordered thunfish and truthahnsandwichse online. After I picked up the sandwiches I opened, both truthahn are inside, not thunfisch. I was so mad, but I hate to go back. that's not the first time they did this to me. I'm not sure if it knows how to pick up the order or read the menu. I do not recommend this place. they cheat customers and the services are very rude. this dame always works on Monday screaming and rolled her eyes on me. I never did anything to her. that must be fixed. if they are the manager and sees this contribution please remind their employees to be more polite and honest to the costumers.

This subway made my sandwiches, as I ordered them, which is not always the case when an order online. good work.

It was nice, I got exactly what I wanted without waiting much.

This subway has the WORST customer service and doesn't even deserve 1 star! My first bad Google review Ever! I ordered my daughter a sandwich last Friday, she came to pick it up and no sandwich, they knew nothing of our order. She showed them receipt, still they wouldn't honor the already paid for sandwich. Finally, after an hour, they made her the wrong sandwich and told her she didn't pay for a meal, although we did. She didn't care for the sandwich they did make her, it was wrong and on top of that not good with many toppings she didn't like. I came in the following week to complain and ask that the proper sandwich be made. The manager proceeds to call the owner and they said...this happened Friday it's now Wednesday, we can do nothing. I called multiple times the day of with no answer, I had to physically drive to the location and was treated terribly, the sandwich I paid for and ordered, we NEVER received and also I never received an apology, plus my daughter was treated awful on her lunch hour. She goes to school in the area and needed lunch that day! I can't even tell you how Rudely we were treated. We do not recommend this Subway!???
