Steak 'n Shake - Bloomington

I was really surprised how fast we got the ride up when nobody else was there and it was 11:15 on a Sunday. after reading several of the reviews, I think I know why I don't feel good after eating here. our participant was super nice, so I wanted to present this review, but I think there could be a problem that the local health department wants to investigate.

I was sitting in the car drive for 10 minutes while nobody was waiting for me. So I went in, and 12 minutes after my order on the kiosk the chef started the burger. How do I know? There was no one in the load. I didn't get my cheese sauce, and the bottle of water was warm. I have the waitresses and the way it was running earlier, steak and shake got their last dollar from me.

Just driving through and decided to stop. Never had this place Burgers were pretty good., fries are awesome. I like the shoestring fries, but the bathroom was totally disgusting. The smell was absolutely horrible. That alone makes me never wanna come back. The manager and employee were very nice but man... that bathroom

Needs work! Right off highway should be the best service. Surprise to key in own menu items but figured out. Bathrooms were awful. Water leaks from ceiling several places, possibly freon as it was cold inside. Felt good though.Time to invest in people to help with upkeep. The food was good!

For as long as we waited for our food you’d think it would e been hot. It was not. Everything was lukewarm at best. The fries were old. There was barely any ketchup on the buns. The water tasted funny. Basically we threw $22 out the window. Total disaster of a restaurant.
