Starbucks - Bloomington

Filthy floors and horrendous service. Ben told me I 'd have to go to the end of the line (which was out the door) to get an ice water for my young kids after placing a mobile order. I was told I needed to order this on the app. We then asked another employee how to do this on the app because it 's not an option and was advised she didn 't know. I know it 's hard finding good employees these days but that 's ridiculous.

Yes, Mall of America is large enough to have multiple Starbucks locations within it! This one is located on the opposite side of Nickelodeon Universe from its sister Starbucks and one floor up (2nd floor). Service is about the same at both locations.

Delicious coffee and friendly staff. I recommend a vanilla iced latte!

Nice Starbucks in the MOA, store is clean and plenty of seating and standing area.

I was inside the mall of america and my son and I got separated and we tried to meet at Starbucks. Well o was on the 3rd floor and he was on the 1st and we were both at Starbucks but not the same one. Lol
