Better than they were a few years back, most of the staff I've had contact with are very friendly, could use a bit more crunch on that chicken, all of the breaded/Battered ones that is, good portions at that price.

Unfortunately I entered this place on my birthday to ascertain if I brought a party of ten to celebrate, I could get my meal free a small gesture in the scope of attracting new customers. They told me I had to wait a year and not even a veteransdiscount offered. These marketing tools to be used to bring people through the door and the rigid nature of their process caused10 people to decide not to patronize this establishment. It?s about hope in humanity and not just pushing a bottom line alreadysuffering considering it was midday and only two customers. Serving a community means sometimes being willing to be flexible forsake of the bigger picture. I won?t discuss anything further. Go there if you like, the food is safe for consumption. It?s notbad though, but a turn off goes a long way with me. So does a willingness to give back to the community. Management has notresponded to or offered to fix previous bad reviews, hence their 3.9 search ranking and empty atmosphere as of late. I?mintrigued as to how long this place stays afloat without a makeover.

Typically, this restaurant serves hot food and provides reliable service. However, on the night of my visit, I experienced a significant delay in receiving my potstickers, which arrived cold. Despite being offered extra, the order did not include sauce. Additionally, when requesting plenty of sauce for my rice and lemon chicken, I received only a minimal amount. It seemed that many other customers were also facing issues with their orders. There is clearly something amiss that needs to be addressed and corrected.

No matter what time of day I visit this restaurant (whether it's the beginning of lunch, mid-afternoon, or dinner), they always seem to be out of many items or unable to fry more chicken because it wasn't thawed. Today was particularly bad, with a long line and almost no options left. The staff member assisting me seemed clueless on how to help and ended up making me cut in line in front of another customer because she had to check me out right away. The chaotic line and limited menu choices make me not want to return, as it's always a disappointing experience. There are also conflicting signs on the door regarding their operating hours. Overall, it's not worth going back as they just can't seem to get it together no matter how many chances I give them.
