Jimmy John's - Bloomington

I ordered a partybox, and I went to load them. they said it was not in their system, but they tried so hard to find it and get it out; spoke with employees of the day before, looking for an additional entrance, even the other shops called. they just couldn't find it, so I pulled up the confirmation receipt and showed. it turns out that I just read the place wrong and they were very nice to inform me of my mistake. pretty impressed how they treated the situation, and how kind they were all the time and dedicated themselves to fix it. I got my partybox from the 10th Street at the end, and they were fast and friendly as well.

Eating is always ready, flippy fast we go there because it opens the newest in the city. never disappointed.

It was at 2 o'clock Thursday of 20. I'm drunk as a seaman. order my favorite sandwich (Italian nightclub) and begin to wait for my sub. Before my friend even ordered the sandwich, I had mine in the hand. less than a minute and I had a whole sandwich. Now you probably think it's a terrible quality nope. the ding was delicious. I have sworn every bite to the house. best time with jimmy john’s. fast.

Huge JJs guy, loved going to this specific store but in the last month or two it has become the slowest Jimmy John's I've ever been to. I understand new staff might start slower and orders get backed up but the lack of urgency from the sandwich line is saddening. I hope this JJs can return to its former glory

The food is always correct but the delivery is incredibly slow. Once “Out for Delivery” it takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. We live 5 minutes from the store, no idea what takes so long.
