Janet's Cakes Catering - Bloomington

We?ve always loved the cake we?ve received from Janet?s. The butter pecan flavor is our favorite! However, on more than one occasion, the person taking our order over the phone has been very unfriendly. I thought it was just a fluke the first time ithappened but then it happened again (and again). For the price, I feel you can get more extravagant designs (tiered cakes withfondant work) elsewhere. If you?re looking for a sheet cake with unique sprayed on designs, Janet?s is great.

Got a blueberry cake with almond icing. Was delicious! Decoration was great! Reasonably priced! 5 stars!

Checked out the websites and loved the decorations on the cakes and seen the filling flavors so we decided this was a good choice for a first birthday. 120$ later the decorations didn't come close to wat we were expecting. I have gotten cuter cakesfrom Jewel Osco, with better flavor. Chocolate cake with peanut butter but couldn't taste the peanut butter it was so thin. Onto the next baker.

Janet?s recently created a cake and cupcakes for our gender reveal. The cake was beautiful and looked just like the picture I gave them. We were waiting on our results to come in and had placed the order early letting them know it would be any day, theywere super accommodating and as soon as the results were in had the cake ready the same day! I was so thankful because Icouldn?t imagine waiting to find out the gender for another day! Thank you to the bakers at Janet?s, you and your cakes arewonderful! -Taylor
