The personal ensured that everyone who came to the right direction before the final customer was served. Of course, eating is always delicious, and the portions are worth the price.

Another mismanaged Chipotle. Complete and utter incompetence. No supervision, management is nonexistent. Small problems bring the whole restaurant to a grinding halt because the seven teenagers and one adult desperately avoid eye contact while they wish they weren’t there.

This place is absolutely decimated at lunch. It is quite possibly the busiest chipotle I've ever seen. I can't imagine working in this controlled chaos everyday- must be brutal shifts. Somehow, they pull it off and all things considered, they crank out food.

This place is so bad, i would give it a zero. but i can’t so i give it a one. terrible customer service. the line was a mess as well. lettuce was visibly old. horrible attitude from older employee. if you’re visiting the mall i recommend taking your business elsewhere

Slowest service I've ever had. Stood in line for 30 minutes before even ordering food for myself and my family. Staff had zero sense of urgency with a line stretching out the door, laughing and moving as slow as possible, with zero f@_ks given. Disappointed, to say the least.
