Aver's Public House - Bloomington

Aver's is always good and they have the best beer selection in Bloomington. I just wish they made a true stromboli and not a sandwich on 2 slices of bread and call it a stromboli. Somehow Indiana thinks this is how you make a stromboli. Aver's should make it the way it should be or just call it an Italian sandwich.

Love coming here, everything is amazing! The Super Chicken Salad, onion rings, and pizza are great, especially the Whole Enchilada, Chicken Masterpiece, and Veggie Revival. The pizza flights are 8 mini-slices of 4 kinds of pizza and are a great way to try different flavors. There’s also a rentable side-room for large parties.

Definitiw the upcoming hotspot near the downcoming shopping center and film theatre. it is exactly what they need and is nothing like the old avers buffet. you will find new menu items as well as a variety of different ales and weep. same quality pizza, new menu points and delicious desserts await. I know I'm returning.

Wonderful tasting pizza, with lots of options. The server really checked when I told him about my nightshade (tomato, potato, eggplant, and pepper) allergy. I know that I might want to look elsewhere due to my allergy, but it's hard to give up something so good. That's why I was so excited to see so many sauce options besides marinara and alfredo. Next time I go I want to try the pesto, and get the monkeybread again.

I had ordered a pizza and breadsticks and a couple drinks. The cashier realized that turning it into their crazy avers deal would save me some money. He was super friendly. A sauce bag had fallen off as I was carrying it to my car and he grabbed it and came outside to make sure I had it. Just wished they had delivery. Other then that, they have great service and food was fantastic.
