Portillo's Bloomingdale

Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love Portillo’s. However, what were they thinking when they altered the beef and cheddar croissant?? It used to be perfect. They used to make it on an actual croissant. What genius came up with the idea to configure a roll/hot dog bun to look like a croissant and think no one would notice?! You ruined the perfect sandwich.

The Italian beef was disgusting. It had too much green seasoning on there and it don’t taste like the other Portillo‘s around.

I ordered a combo hot dog meal using Uber. When my food got here, not only were both hot dogs completely different front what I ordered, again… it’s a combo meal so they should be identical.. but one of them completely didn’t follow my allergy restriction. The 2 things my body most can’t handle are the ones that were loaded on my meal. Seems like because they were 40 min to close they gave scraps that didn’t sell… It’s really not that hard to follow simple hot dog instructions…. Disappointed in how incompetent these workers must be to do such a simple job… sad, just sad. Dietary restrictions: If you have allergies and want to have a nice doctor bill after or end up in the ER, this is the place to visit.

First time for a Chicago Dog !! It didn't disappoint!!! Will try the Italian Beef next time!!!
