Bidra med feedbackKimberly was and excellent and an attentive waitress. Husband said his steak was the best ever. Mine was great too and I especially enjoyed the perfectly cook squash and carrots.
We have always loved Outback and hadn 't been there in a while. When we found out that on Monday 's kids eat free we decided it was a good time to go back! However their prices have skyrocketed and a dinner for basically 2 (with 2 kids eating free and one toddler eating off of everyone else 's plates) was almost $100! if we were to go back we would be VERY choosy about what we ordered and definitely only go on a Monday. Overall we had a good time, the service was good and it was nice to get out as a family of 5 which we don 't get to do often.
A disappointing experience. I recently dined at Outback Steakhouse with high hopes for a satisfying meal and a pleasant evening. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular establishment fell short of my expectations, largely due to the unprofessional behavior of our waitress. From the moment we were seated, it was evident that something was amiss. As we were ordering our drinks, our waitress accidentally spilled my beverage all over me. While accidents happen, her response was far from apologetic. Instead of offering a sincere apology and making amends, she inexplicably attempted to recreate the incident as a joke. To my dismay, she repeated the spill, causing me further inconvenience and discomfort. Understandably, the blooming onion we ordered was comped as a gesture of goodwill. However, this small act of compensation did little to salvage the overall experience. The waitress's lack of professionalism and her seemingly intentional actions overshadowed any positive aspects of the dining experience. Had the waitress simply spilled the drink and shown genuine remorse, I would have been more forgiving. Mistakes happen, and it's how they are handled that truly matters. However, her inappropriate attempt at humor by recreating the spill left a sour taste in my mouth and detracted from what could have been an enjoyable evening. In addition to the disappointing service, the overall ambiance of the restaurant did not live up to the Outback Steakhouse brand. The noise level was excessively high, making it difficult to hold a conversation, and the cleanliness of the dining area left something to be desired. While I understand that one poor experience does not necessarily reflect the quality of an entire restaurant chain, I cannot in good conscience recommend this particular Outback Steakhouse location based on my encounter. The lack of professionalism and the unsatisfactory dining environment left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. I hope that Outback Steakhouse takes this review as an opportunity for improvement and emphasizes the importance of customer service and consistency across all their establishments.
My porter house steak looked like someone had lunch .the filet side. They tried to tell me they sometimes come out like that. I may have been born but it wasn't yesterday I would think twice if I were you.
Nothing good can come from this. Positive, manager visited many tables including ours that night. Negative, manager never came back when we needed him. Food was served cold and steaks were cooked incorrectly for 2 of the 4 at our table. Sent 1 back. Waited 20 min for refire. Entire table was done when I got my food and it was rare. I order it medium. Fatty horrible cuts of meat or paper thin cut? For 30.00 you shouldn't be serving things that look like this. Also, this entire restaurant is on a diet. Smallest portions I have ever seen. Want cheese on your salad here a 3 tiny strings. Want ranch here is half a ramican for 4 people. Loaded potato...where?? Had to ask for more butter just to eat it. Side of sour cream...if your lucky! Would not return, will not ever recommend and if you do...I told you so! One of the worst resturant experiences ever...literally ever. Service, well their on a new system so good luck getting drink refills, your table bussed or anything you need during the meal. Dry nasty mac n cheese. Just noodles and breadcrumbs ...no cheese at all. Expect to be rushed to order everything and never see that person again.... failing! Service is poor and I usually never say that. Literally the best thing about this meal was leaving! It only sucks that it costs 300.00! Not worth it at all. You have been warned! Worst outback location ever.. in the history of bad restaurants this one takes the cake! Oh and we were celebrating a birthday... was never mentioned..
