This year we were again to christmas to eat in the annahof. already the reception below was not just overwhelming. You can expect that the guests at such a day will be at least "frohe Christmas" desired. only the nice waiter up, who then served us, did that then. on the table assigned to us was not on each teller a menu card. if you put them next to the teller, then it should be on every teller. we were only three. Otherwise, they are placed in the middle of the table. I did not find it fitting that no Christmas decoration tasted the otherwise beautifully covered table. we then chose our menu, a la carte was unfortunately not possible, but for that I have understood on such days. at least one was not forced to consume 5 passages, but one could choose only 3. the suppe was in order, the feldsalat with twats however already drowned quite in the salatsosse. the then served main dish kalbsbäckchen very disappointed. it was so sweet. the whole plate up to the edge full of sauce, the kartoffel valleys so dark fried or frit that they were hardly to distinguish from the dark sauce and the möhrengemüse as a wrought orange-brown slices was the only color stick on the teller. the meat was tender and tasted good. Overall, I felt the foods quite salty, but this is a taste. in comparison to the other years no amuse gueule or amuse bouche the so-called greeting from the kitchen, served. there was only a little brot with salt butter. the wine we ordered was good but with 30 euro the bottle was also overpriced. open weine were not offered.The crowning conclusion that dessert was visually as a disappointment. totally sweet a small ball hasel usseis, besides a beige-grey half-dipped something, should be the leb pie mousse as well as a chocolate chick. tastefully it was o.k., but finally the eye eats too. I still have photos of the previous years of eating in the annahof, there are worlds in between. that can't have been the same cook or what is it? as a final espresso - last time a small stage with delicious baked etc. was added. this time only the obligatory supplement: sugar and a chocolate bean.Everything more disappointing. we have not thematized it our hospitable before location.
Very nicely located on the würzbacher weiher .beserving nice and friendly.Eat also very good.On the afternoon recommend a waffel with churches.
The restaurant is very nicely located directly at the würzbacher Weiher.The menu does not offer a great choice, but is for everyone what is necessary for eating it, you need geduld, extremely long waiting times (of other tables also complaints). Also the payment lasted forever for me again!!!
On the 9th juni we were eating in the annahof - unfortunately we didn't know better! At first we had to wait until another table was covered (although the restaurant was still completely empty!.) the culminator was, however, that instead of the ordered quiet water medium water was brought water. the complaining was aborted with the words: this is still water with us! normally still is still in the Saarland. the food was below average and so we had to go after eating quite expensive in the place still pizza. but that was excellent! we cannot recommend the annahof in any case.
