The fish burger was amazing. I went back for a second one the next night. The staff was wonderful, helpful, and friendly. Loved the memorabilia and also snuck in some cheesecake at the end as a takeaway very good

Great casual dining place with 'man-sized ' meals, even if you order 'small ', or 'light '. Friendly staff, convivial atmosphere, wide choice to suit All tastes. The only minus was the cold felt by those who sat with their backs to the windows. Recommend group booking to share the experience

We were hungry and longing to have something with vegetables, so opted for the roast (a Sunday winter option). Well, it was fantastic ! Quite possibly the best roast we've had anywhere and it had lots of veges to complement the delicious roast pork. Service was consistently warm, bubbly and efficient, so why would we bother going elsewhere ?

Was one of my Dad's drinking holes. But got new staff. Very friendly and helpful neighbourhood pub. Took a cousin of mine there.
