I had an extremely happy time eating falafels in this place

Fresh, tasty and large portion. Turkish coffee is great as well.

Lunch here was the best meal I've had in Fairbanks in a long time, and the best falafel sandwich I've had anywhere. Everything is vegan so I didn't have to worry about dairy in the sauces. The half sandwich was very filling, so I would only get the full if I was sharing with someone. The serving included a generous portion of falafel so it felt like there was falafel in almost every bite. The shredded veggie mix was what put it over the top for me! It wasn't just lettuce but included other veggies shredded together. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the large beverage selection was great. Even though the place was busy, we didn't have to wait long for our food. The limited hours and long line can seem challenging, but it's worth it to arrange your schedule and either order ahead or deal with the line. Think of it as concentrated excellence they give it their best during the limited hours.

Wow, I think that was probably the best falafel I have ever consumed. The harif sauce really tied everything together and the spicy version added just the right amount of flavor for me. I also ordered a Turkish coffee, which I have never had before but is also quite delicious.
