Haagen-dazs - BLD Oceanside

This is my First Time visiting the West Field Shopping Mall in Carlsbad, CA. I was craving some Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream. I talked to Anna who works as the manager at this place. I asked Anna what are their most popular flavors? Anna said their Lemon Sorbet is made with real Lemon Juice. Also their Dulche De Leche has a delicious caramel and Vanilla Ice Cream mixture infused in it and their Dark Chocolate flavored Cookies and Creme Ice Cream is very decadent with the Dark Chocolate Ice Cream and these Oreo crushed pieces of cookies has a sweet creamy flavor. I bought one separate scoop of the Lemon Sorbet in a separate container.. This Lemon Sorbet has a very refreshing Lemon Tang and a really Juicy flavor and it was very delicious! It really brightened up my day today! I loved eating all of these 3 flavors. The price for the register size cup was $7.15. My total bill was $7.15. I gave Anna the manager $20.15 in CASH and I received $13.00 back in change. When I was sitting on a wooden bench near by this Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream Shop. I saw a lot of customers staring at me eating my Lemon Sorbet and my scoops of the Dulche De Leche Ice Cream and the Dark Chocolate Cookies and Creme Ice Cream. These small children were also staring at me eating my ice cream as they walked past me. Then I saw these two small children ask their mother if she could buy them some ice cream? Their mother ordered these two separate children from two different families. Their mother bought some Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream for their kids. Anna recommended to me to download their Häagen-Dazs App on my Apple IPhone XR which I will receive on my birthday a FREE Scoop of Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream once a year. I love this FREE offer. I highly recommend this Hagen-Dazs Ice Cream Shop location in the mall. Anna the manager was very personable and friendly to me. Anna gave me excellent customer service. I will come back and eat their delicious Ice cream again soon. Anna this manager also told me she has worked for this Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream Shop for one year now. Anna told me tonight that she has eaten all of their different flavors of Haagen-Dazs Sorbets and their Ice Creams. Anna told me that is the best part of her job is eating all their delicious flavored Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream. I agree with her. Anna's job is fun!

Sucks waiting over an hour then having you order canceled.

Girl working was more focused on her boyfriend/ guy friend than customers. Came back late from her break. She could clearly see the line that had formed and still chose to talk to him over doing her job. He had to tell her that people were waiting on her. While she was serving customers she STILL asked her boyfriend what he wanted while she was serving customers, extremely unprofessional. Good ice cream bad service.

Arrived and worker said she was on her 30 minute lunch. We decided to walk around and shop and come back later. We came back an hour later and she was still closed.

We stopped by the kiosk at 2:30pm today and there was no attendant. We walked around some more and then when we walked by again there was someone behind the counter, so we started to look at what flavors we might want. When we looked up the attendant was gone again. We waited for a few moments and she appeared again, looked at us us and said in an incredibly rude tone, yeah I 'm actually on my lunch break right now, the little clock said she would return at 4. How long is this lunch break? I wish I could give a review of the ice cream but we were unable to get any. I would not return again if this same employee was there. If I was the owner of this kiosk I would be furious if my employee treated customers in this way. Bummer,
