Nelson's Cheese Ale House

Very friendly family run pub recently refurbished with a great atmosphere. Soon to start food again in a brand new Kitchen, I can't wait.

Yet another great meal at the Nelsons, 6 of us on a sunday had some lovely cracking pies and ploughman's, finished off with some proper deserts and lashings of custard!

I visited the Nelson in the evening and found it to be a wonderful family-run pub. They have a large selection of ales, beers, apple wine, and spirits. The food is fantastic, and the beer garden is huge. The staff is very friendly, and even when it’s busy, they serve you right away. I would definitely recommend it!
