They shorted us half our chicken, so we called and they said just come in another day and we will replace the whole bucket. They didn't tell us they were about to permanently close.

The bathroom needed attention and the soda machine didn't work and the staff seemed to be having fun instead of working

Gross. Order simple 2 piece white meat only extra crispy dinner. The dark meat leg was gross. Veins all skin no meat and definitely not white meat. The biscuit was dried up and size of nugget. Chicken was old and beyond gross. Should have stopped at LONG line chick fil a. Your restaurant had no customers for a reason. Almost $10 for food I wouldn't serve my dog. Never again!!

Paid $45 for extra crispy plus paid for extra sauces didn’t get any sauces they gave our order to someone else ! The chicken we got looked old like it sit under the warmer for over an hour or they haven’t changed their oil in the fryers horrible experience like always won’t be back
