Blairsville's Skillet Cafe

Always great food and service! We always stop for breakfast, although they have a quite extensive lunch / dinner menu. Food is always hot and properly cooked. The best pancakes. They pick up the whole plate, and I have no idea how someone could eat three, I ordered two and couldn't finish them. Prices are very reasonable and given the food and service, their value is difficult to beat.

So wonderful customer service and overall friendly atmosphere! My food was good, and I couldn't get close to ending the massive pancakes. Hubby had French toast that was delicious. Pancakes were a tad-bit dryer when I prefer it, especially because I don't use much syrup, but they were delicious! Full size breakfast. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that my meal was free today as I am a veteran! Merry Veteran's Day to all my comrades! Semper Fidelis.

The staff was super friendly. There was a line ahead of us, but we sat fast. The pancakes were not disappointed. You were HUGE. This definitely goes to our favorite list.

This place was really sweet. You could tell the locals a visit and that's a good sign. Many servers make sure everyone had what he needed. Breakfast was good. No complaints.

The only reason for four stars is this place gets packed and sometimes you need to wait for a table and most times you need to be patient after ordering. Your meal isn't coming within 10 minutes or so more like half an hour. The food has always been plentiful served by friendly staff who you'll never see just standing around. Seriously, this place is always hopping. We've yet to try their lunch menu as their breakfast is always good with large portions. Again, this is a large place seating many, a wait is inevitable. I'm not even sure if I should take a star off bc I think this place is 5 star
