Pizza Hut - Blackstone

I have tried to order online from this store and it took my money and then said there was no record of my order and I still have not received a refund I tried calling up there countless am constantly put on hold and then hung up on do not go here if you want good service and actually want to receive your food!!!!

I wanted to give 0 but it doesn't show that. I placed an order on the phone and the lady said that she would apply a coupon which bought my total to$15 . When I get to the store the lady told me my total was $27 . I told her I called to this very store and she said you must have gotten our online operator. She still expected me to pay the $27 NOT!!! This is ridiculous if I'm told a price that's what I expect to pay. This was all I had $15 . Yall need to do better!!!!!!!!

Every time I come here, I get messed up food. Staff including manager use their cell phones while making your food and it’s unsanitary. Kitchen area does not look clean. Wait times are outrageous. Better off going to a local pizza place in Blackstone other than here, because the quality of the food and customer service is not acceptable.
