Sweet Frog - Blacksburg

Generic frozen yogurt chain. They are often out of flavors or have broken machines. The tables are almost always dirty. The toppings are usually kept filled and fresh though. They also have good deals throughout the month.

Way overpriced. $22 for 4 people! Wouldn?t take our gift card. Purposely obscure prices and only offer oversized cups to promote spending more. Used to be good but has gone downhill quite a bit over the years!

We went today and enjoyed our visit. The lady was super nice and helpful. She even went back and fixed the machine for me to get my vanilla yogurt. She was also very patient with our children. We will definitely be back.

This location is without a doubt the WORST Sweet Frog I?ve EVER been to. I have been to dozens of franchised locations, and some are occasionally out of a flavor or two. I get that. What I don?t get is how a location like this is OPEN on a Saturday and ONLY HAVE 3 FLAVORS. Upon entering, the employee started listing all of the flavors that were ?out of order.? The list was so long he forgot the whole list! RED FLAG right there. This place looks more like a neglected middle school cafeteria than a welcoming froyo franchise.

I went approximately 12 minutes before closing and the doors were already locked and the employee behind the counter was packing all of the toppings up. I understand that whoever is closing probably wanted to get home, but your posted hours say open until 9pm. There were other people in the parking lot as well who were disappointed to see the doors were locked.
