Tcb Blackpool Unlimited Dining Experience

First visit to TCB since the lockdown began and it was such a big return visit, especially with Bella Bot, the new robot waiter. Great to order food from the app instead of going to a buffet several times, Bex uses a wheelchair so that this is a massive bonus for us! The rest of the staff (people!! were really great, friendly and knowledgeable and were very welcoming. They showed us Bella and also gave great menu recommendations. Really clean restaurant, nice relaxed atmosphere, will definitely be back!

Food was brilliant and the staff even has a robot that brings your food

We're here the other day, and this is the first time we've tried something for dinner, like in everything you can eat some kind of restaurant experience. I can say it was really pleasant. You would get small parts of most articles so that it would allow you to try some different items on the menu. The order is made by the app and the robot machine called bellabot will come to your table with everything you order the majority of time. The food itself is pretty, some things taste only average and it's nothing that will blow you away, but there are some really nice items like the Duck Strips in Hoisin Sauce. Essentially, if you have ever had crispy duck pancakes from a Chinese before and you like that, then you will probably really enjoy this item too.

We are very impressed by this new way to have everything you eat Chinese cuisine. We were helped by beautiful Jess to use the app to order the food. It is amazing as for food; They all come in small portions that is great as you try different foods on the menu. Everything is freshly prepared and delicious. The manager Sam is great with his team to make sure everyone is satisfied with the food and service. Sitting is well prepared for groups or only couples. Everything is clean and tidy during our visit. If you dine on “tapas” style, then surely you would enjoy this new style, a Chinese buffet banquet in the area. Very recommended and good value for what we have experienced!!

First time going to an all you can eat restaurant. I like the idea of the robot bringing food to the table which was very cute. Only problem is at one point the robot came to our table and the tray was empty as another table had taken our food which was a bit of a faff to get sorted. I think the portions are a bit too small.. I understand of not wanting to waste food but for example a piece of cake I ordered was so thin it was folding over on itself. If I wanted a normal sized piece I would have had to have ordered the cake three or four times. Apart from that the experience was good. Staff were friendly.
