The ballroom is absolutely stunning and very impressive.

We had the “more than 60” special. Good value. Portion size good, more than enough for us a pudding. Nice big cup of tea.

Tom and his team went out to make our big, season group booking an absolute success. In addition to reviewing each individual pre-order with each of the 35 guests, they put our table with the decorations we had brought, guided birthday singing and kept our beverage orders well. We know that the staff stayed late so that we could enjoy our full meal and the quality of the food was fantastic with generous portions. We would like to come back if they had us and we would like to thank Tom for helping us to celebrate so comfortable. Can't rate this branch of HR high enough.

Visited New Years Eve as a special treat while staying in Blackpool. Very disappointed with the feel of the restaurant, two workers sat in a booth behind and constantly shouted and spoke loudly in their known language while we were attempting to enjoy our meal. Not once did our server came over to see if we needed anything or if our meal was ok. We ate our meal and promptly left, not one member of staff said Thank you, Goodbye, nothing!. I work in hospitality and I know that this kind of service is unacceptable! Will definitely not be visiting again
