Golden Mile Cafe - Blackpool

A great little place. Good value for your money staff are friendly and very helpful. Chef was clean and tidy and helping out at the front chatting to us and other customers. Great team all round

Ok lot's on here say the service is bad the food is bad well let me tell you been here now 12 times from July till October let me tell you the Service the food is dam great I like my bacon well done they cook it the way I love it my friends likes his just cooked they cook it we have had a home made Lasagne from here omg it was out of this world A friend had the fish chips from here best every we have been coming to Blackpool for a long time now we past this place said come on let's try the food so so glad we did now when we are in Blackpool we come here for the Food I always leave a tip Keep up your great work

Never been anywhere with such disrespectful staff. All the cafe staff were rude and sarcastic. Think management should invest in a customer service course for them. Obviously we are not the only customers that has had issues with the cafe staff from reading previous reviews.

Had something to eat before (5 years ago) so I knew it was ok. The tea was a bit stewed. Had to write down what you wanted and take to the counter. Ordered fish and chips for both of us. There was just enough as we would be walking round a lot after. It was clean, tables apart enough and the service wasn’t that good but good value for what we had.

Not one member of staff is wearing mask either at all or correctly. All woke fake nails and excissive amounts of jewerally. In a cafe. Asked for ketchup when I paid, said she'll bring it over, I didn't receive it so I went up and asked for it and she said it was 30p. Not mentioned when I asked for it initially. I told them I just spent £10 on a sandwhich and beans on toast and they said tomato sauce is seperste and it says on the menu. It doesn't say on the menu and it's disgusting to charge when I've bought food.
