Domino's Pizza - Blackburn with Darwen

Very poor service, delivery over 1 hour. Cold pizza and cookies. Only 6 chicken strippers and hardly any chips complete rip off for 11.99 Will think about ordering from here next time

I wouldn’t say we order here loads but it is one of our go to pizza houses. Service isn’t brilliant but we always use the app. Normally it’s ready within the time scale and the pizzas are decent .Once the order was missed not great at rectifying the issue. We always collect . Collected as usual and wow pizzas were better than normal ready and piping hot ! Really good .

My order contained 3 GF pizzas alongside normal pizzas . When I got them home I had 3 boxes that stated GF but one of them was clearly not GF ! I immediately rang them but no one that I spoke to seemed to comprehend the severity of this and I was told that in order for me to even be reimbursed for the pizza I had to return the pizza !! I have made a complaint and after several days of emails I have received a clearly generic email offering me £25 off my next order !!! As if I would order off them again as even the staff were rude and uninterested !!

Awful customer service hair out and flowing beards not covered got ordered wrong proceeded to speak to me like I was the one who got the order wrong. Awful customer service. Too busy talking claims it’s about work and then when I a paying customer complain at what’s happened he proceeds to give me grief and tell I’ll get a refund and then proceeds to wait outside as if he has any right to speak to me like that. Awful place.

Use Dominoes regularly but will never use again after paying £25 for 2 large pizza and cookies. my pizza arrived cold so I rang them straight away only to be told that they had a few issues and could either collect the pizza or deliver me another one in an hour. when I questioned how a pizza company can deliver cold pizza the phone was slammed down on me.
