La Glacier Four Lane Ends - Blackburn

I was extremely disappointed when the food arrived after 1hour of waiting. Ordered two molten chocolate brownies expecting them to be warm gooey and covered in hot chocolate. Haha no, that’s not what was delivered. We got two freezer stored cold cakes with chocolate on top in a plastic case. Also ordered thunder and lightning ice cream, but instead was delivered death by chocolate, so I rang up to explain they had delivered the wrong flavour to be told they had no thunder and lightning in stock so they just switched it without consulting me first. When I said that I don’t want to chocolate one I could hear them in the background trying to tell me that it’s the same thing when it obviously isn’t! While on the phone I asked if the molten brownies are meant to be cold to be made aware that they are stored in a freezer and sent out cold. As a desert place I expected freshly made food especially for the price!! Also after debating with the guy on the phone that the ice creams are not the same he offered to refund me via bank transfer in which the refund is still not appearing to have been made! Would not recommend. Disappointed! Also why does delivery take 1 hour when it’s literally just frozen **** put in a bag and placed at your front door

Ordered deserts from here through Uber app. waited 50 minutes for order to be delivered. When it arrived got someone’s else’s order. Rang store the first idiot answered the phone was from Pakistan I think. Telling him what my postcode was. Said d for delta he didn’t understand had to say dog. He said he would have my order ready in 40 mins. This is after waiting 40 mins already. In total 1:20. Five minutes later I got another call saying I had to get in touch with Uber. It was ubers fault.

The Double Cola Millions milkshake is my favorite. You'll need a double dose of millions inside to truly savor the flavor. This is probably the best dessert spot in Blackburn, and the service from manager Ismaeel is top-notch. He is always friendly and helpful, ensuring that you enjoy your dessert experience.

I ordered milkshakes for delivery and was told they would arrive in 20 minutes. However, after 40 minutes, I called to inquire about the milkshakes and was informed they would be an additional 45 minutes. I was extremely displeased with the service. When we requested a discount from the staff member who delivered the milkshakes, as we had been waiting for over an hour, we were told to either pay full price or return the milkshakes. The service was very poor and the staff were unhelpful and rude, both in person and on the phone.

I absolutely luv this place! My must visit once a week dessert place. Lovely desserts hot drinks. The service is great and the place is very clean.
