Brown Sugar Bistro - BLACK HEAD

We had the worst dining experience ever at this restaurant! The kitchen staff really need to step up their game. Serving raw chicken is never acceptable. The Chicken Schnitzel and salt & pepper squid were tasteless and left a horrible oily taste in our mouths, likely due to a deep fryer not being at the correct temperature. There was only one waitress for a moderately busy restaurant, who seemed disinterested and was chewing gum. Our meals did not come out together, leaving some of us waiting while others were already eating. We received a refund for some of our meals and an apology for running out of things due to a busy day. If you can't handle the pace and be prepared for hospitality, then find another job. I just hope no one gets sick from this disorganized and unprofessional effort.

Club Blackhead has made a positive change by bringing in new staff to their Bistro. The quality has notably improved since my last visit, with prices slightly reduced and a diverse menu including many delicious Asian options. I will definitely be returning to see if they can maintain this high standard. With continued success, especially with the locals, Club Blackhead is on the right track!

I dined at this restaurant two nights in a row for dinner. It is a beautiful, clean little establishment with stunning service and delicious food. Congratulations to the team for a job well done.

We have eaten here several times, always good food and good value. We were in a party of 8 this time and everybody commented on how delicious there food was. Well done, will definitely be back!

The staff informed us there would be a wait on the food, (there was a line out the door) well worth the it! Empty plates all round!!
