My steak was cooked as I ordered. Very good service.

Apparently this restaurant is. It uses open table for their reservations. Got it at 9:00 and was said it's a 45 minutes waiting, even thought my open table is at 9. Enter my name and they never called me!!!!!! Terrible service and not many options in Blackhawk CO. When we came back to this casino, I let the restaurant manager know, and he was less than apologetic and did not make any offer to help just that they do not use an open table. Terrible experience. I've eaten here, but I don't have any plans.

Service was very nice and friendly. But I didn't think the food was worth the price.

Our reservation was at eight, we came only after nine. That was good that we sat and they were so busy and seemed secure. We ordered a soup and a salad and a seafood tablet. About 10 o'clock we got the seafood tablet and never got our soup and salad. The server said the kitchen was secure. I understand the lack and help and I had many great meals there, but this night was a complete miss.

The food was adequate. The prime rib was like rubber but overall service was fine.
