Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

So glad I could spend $20 on a burger and 2 medium fries only for one of the fries to get left out.

I go here almost every week and sometimes twice a week. Love thier burger and fries. Best fries anywhere.

A couple of the workers here are extremely rude. For instance, the girl with really long light brown hair, usually in a braid, is very rude. I ate there closer to close, about 30 minutes before and they had just taken all the trays back to be washed. So I walked up there and asked if she wanted to take it to be washed so she didn’t have to walk back and grab it later. She said sure and rolled her eyes at me. She was very rude and another girl who looks to be older with pretty dark hair, almost black, always has a bad attitude and you can sense her dislike. These women are both managers. It’s honestly disappointing. I see many very sweet people working who are not managers and the people who are will be rude to customers and don’t seem to care about their jobs.

Freddy's is always a favorite. I buy the California burger combo typically. This location was very clean and not too busy. Everything was set up in away people could get through without walking through all the tables like some places. We went right during the lunch rush and didn't have a long wait. There is a lot of shopping in the area so we were able to get things we needed while in the area.
