Pizza Il Grottino - BITONTO

Very unfriendly staff. We went there at 7 pm, it should be open... one employee cleaning floor asked us to wait 1 minute... So we were waiting outside 15 minutes... still nothing... people came to order pizzas take away, and we were waiting... finally we forgot the idea to eat in this restaurant. BIG PROBLEM OF MANAGEMENT OF CLIENTS. I don't see why you talk about the ground floor... and I never told that you have the cleaning staff... I won't delete my opinion of your idea how to run the business. You should think about staff training.

The waiter here was to much careful, in fact he was always asking us if we wanted to order more stuff. They took our glass a bit too early and I couldn't finish my drink. Said that, the pizza I had was supposed to have veggies but it had only 5 slices of courgette still a bit row. I would not go again

Found by accident, ate divinely. Tasty dishes and refined flavours. Friendly staff, cozy and quiet environment. I highly recommend it.

More than satisfactory, excellent pizza, made with a nice crust around it, thin dough but which hasn't fallen apart in the center as often happens to those who don't know how to make pizzas. My intuition guided me between the proposals and Google to find the location in the city. The pepperoni is also good. More than excellent price ... and I arrived very late in the evening at 11.45 pm and yet I found kind and welcoming people. I recommend it and if I go back to Bitonto I will definitely go back...

Ottimo ristorante pizzeria dal 1989 un vecchio servizio di frantoio molto bella pizza ottima anche i primi sono ottimi consigli aperti a pranzo per ingoiare ottimi antipasti dolci caldi e freddi strepitosi la cima locale di bitonto saverio il maestro pizzaiolo non che il proprietario il coniglio .
