Charras Bismarck

As a party of 3 we went right away. Our server was fantastic! It is very energetic, friendly and knowledgeable about the products offered. His upsell was as smooth as the Mezcal flight he sold to us. The food and drinks were delish serving sizes were generous. Is it pricy compared to other similar offers, yes, tho I feel worth it.

This place is undoubtedly the best upscale Mexican restaurant in Bismark. This is a huge institution and my surprise is even packed on weekdays. I had the shrimps and it was delicious, the guacamole is made right in front of you. I gave this place an additional star only for their cleanliness

Wife and I have been here twice but will not be back after tonight’s terrible service. The food is AMAZING!! but does not make up for the passive aggressive, rude service we received tonight from Liliana M. We were left waiting around with no refills, no napkins and a 30 minute wait to pay our bill. She stormed off after collecting our payment without saying anything. The waiter for the table next to us (bald gentleman) and the hostess were very friendly as we walked out. I wish we could’ve had that simple level of friendliness with our waiter.

The table side guacamole was delish!!! Environment is noisy but fun to watch. Great food loved the street tacos.Food: 5/5

Best authentic Mexican food I've had in quite awhile. Really loved the guacamole made fresh at our tableside! Amazing experience with a wonderful staff!
