My colleagues and I just spent 4 weeks here as we were away for training. The reception staff were more than lovely. Having chit chats of a night time with Elenor and Stephen really brightened up our day whilst being so far from home. I genuinely couldn’t have faulted any of the staff members who dealt with us. Any issues were swiftly resolved. I would be more than happy to return. Rooms: The rooms had aircon, comfortable beds and could rarely hear other people staying. Safety: Whilst staying a few issues did occur, but they were dealt with quickly to ensure everyone staying still felt safe. These issues were resolved by Elenor and Stephen in a professional and swift manner. Food drinks: Food and drinks were provided by the Brewers Fayre next door. This was cheap and excellent quality. We had our breakfasts and dinners catered for here. Noteworthy details: The staff made this place so special. Every single staff member would ask how our training went every evening. I’m terrible with names, but I can remember Elenor and Stephen as continuously they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
