The Railway - Birmingham

They always use this place for football dfla marches skinhead meet n greet and find it a very welcoming pub , I sit here in the breath in amazement hear a bloke moaning about the merciful call him darling the condition he wants to be thankful someone even recognizes him .

We arranged to meet a friend from Leicester in The Railway yesterday for a quick drink loved it, so much so that 5 drinks later we were still there, so much for the quick drink haha, a nice friendly atmosphere, felt at home, very friendly bar staff with a special mention for the young west indian lady I think) who served with a smile a joke.

Some good things happen accidentally, and so we found this place. We just ran off the rain and ended up here as our first choice for renovation was closed. We took food (two main dishes for 9 pounds), Machos Nachos and beer. Sauages with potato mash was something simple, fish and chips pretty good. Nachos Snack was really interesting, we liked it very much. Overall, the food was simple, decent food. Price of beer friendly and service was fast (the place at that time was not busy).
