After having a negative experience at another Subway location in Wolverhampton, I can confidently say that I will be returning to this particular restaurant every time. Thank you for the great service.
Every time we go to this Subway, they always mess up our order. I just stopped by because it was convenient on my way home. The server greeted us and when I asked for wheat bread, she gave me a different kind of bread. She insisted it was still wheat bread. The salads did not look very fresh. Some customers were not wearing masks, even though they were workers, but they were still allowed to be served. When I tried to redeem my loyalty points, the server pretended to scan my card but the points were not deducted from my order. I mentioned that only my loyalty points should be used to redeem a free sub, and suddenly she was able to make it work. The second part of my order was not redeemed with points, but as an NHS worker, I showed her my Blue Light card and NHS badge. However, she did not apply the emergency worker discount. The last time I visited during Christmas, they also did not honor the discount. Additionally, they tried to give us small bags to hold our subs, which were too small to fit everything inside.
I have to express my disappointment with the food quality at this restaurant. I will not be dining here again as the staff is disrespectful and serves incorrect orders.
We had stopped for a sandwich that the place was clean. they say the staff was polite. we enjoyed the sandwich and the coffee.
Not bad, staff were polite, the sandwich could have been made better, bust open a bit to easy but was tasty enough.
