Mr Grillhouse - Birmingham

I tried ordering from this restaurant for the first time after hearing good reviews. I decided to order two 16-inch pizzas last night. The pizza was average, with a very thick base. There are better pizza shops around Walsall. We also ordered garlic pizza bread, but it was so dry and hard that we couldn't eat it. The large fries we ordered were a very small portion for the size. The total cost of the order was £20, but when I got to the shop, I was charged £22, overcharging me by £2. The prices for the same items varied, with 2x 16-inch pizzas ranging from £13 to £22. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, as it is just an average pizza shop.

The staff at this restaurant were rude and unprofessional when we tried to inform them that they had gotten our order wrong after a long wait. As we were leaving without receiving a refund, we witnessed one of the staff members sneeze into their hands and continue serving customers. I am shocked that this place is allowed to remain open.

The restaurant is clean and bright, but the staff is a bit slow. The food is okay, nothing special. Parking is a major issue as there are not many spaces available outside.

We ordered a take out from here as we were staying nearby. I had the mixed grill which was dry, and tasteless, and my partner had a burger, which was also dry. We ended up throwing the food in the bin it was that bad.

Ordered Lamb tikka Grill took along time to get my dish and as only 1 person serving however she was polite I got home and opened the container very disappointed in the amount I got for the money I paid although it did taste good.
