Bidra med feedbackI had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a big tasty burger to-go and it was raw. I called the store and sent them pictures and a video, but all they are offering is to change my order. I don't want another burger, I want my money back. I feel sick and have been put off from eating another burger from this place. Can I please get a refund? They refuse to give me a refund and believe that another meal is the solution, even though I have clearly stated that I do not want another one. I am at a loss for words.
I have ordered from this restaurant several times, and almost every time they have left something out of my order. I have continued to go back for the convenience, but it is becoming frustrating. I should not have to constantly remind them of what should be included in my order, and I should not have to keep following up for a refund.
I was disappointed that the restaurant did not offer breakfast before 10:30am, as stated in their rules.
Staff were great and toilets very clean however the staff serving were more interested in all the ubereats/deliveroo orders so when we got ours it was a bit cold (we ordered takeaway so didn't know until we got to the car) and then my meal was burnt (burger and chips) couldn't be bothered to drive back through the match day traffic to sort it. Will try eat here again next time.
Staff were great, clean toilets, however the service was slow and staff seemed to just care about dealing with Ubereats/Deliveroo orders. We ordered takeout which meant when I got back to my car to eat I noticed the burger and chips were burnt which was a shame. With it being a match day I was not prepared to try drive back and sort it. Will try again next time.
