Fat Burgers New Street - Birmingham

Made an online booking through OpenTable which was confirmed by the restaurant (lunchtime on Sat 27 Nov) only to arrive to find that the restaurant was closed- on a Saturday?! No note in the window to explain why and no contact from the restaurant.

Very slow service but really good burgers and sides which made up for it

We went through the door and told the staff, we had a table booked, the staff seemed uninterested and the restaurant was unwilling. also noticed packings of doses of drinks on a side of the restaurant, as if they had not disturbed to take them away. at this point we decided that we did not want to stay and went to another restaurant.

Well, we were the only people in the restaurant… I can see why. Coffee machine not warmed up yet (at midday). Daughter’s chicken meal inedible and my meal also inedible… not visiting again
