I have to say that the care, attention, and love I receive when coming here is beyond anything I've experienced elsewhere. Katie, thank you once again for looking after me and my little girl. One of the best managed Caffè Nero locations in Birmingham, this coffee house is a rare gem among franchises where you can enjoy good coffee in a comfortable setting.

This wonderful cafe has incredibly friendly and skilled staff. The baristas provided us with top-notch service, with Katie being especially kind to both myself and my daughter. My daughter absolutely loved the milkshake she received, declaring it the best she's ever had! Thank you so much, and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Service terrible waitress had bad attitude order 2 lattes l, a third of the cup was foam if I wanted a cappuccino I would have ordered one !

My husband and I stopped for a coffee on arrival at the airport. I stupidly left my purse on the table and lucky for me, an honest employee ran upstairs after me to the monorail and handed it to me just as the doors closed. Thanks for your honesty.
