Waffle House - Birmingham

Toby was a server and extremely funny and engaging. He gave great service and deserves a raise. Chris cooked and the food was delicious and he was very nice. They both did fantastic and deserve raises.

*I am an employee of this store* This location is under new management, so if you had a previous poor experience- please give it another chance. All stores have areas for improvement but the new manager is working to make sure things are cleaner and flow smoother than before.

Extreme rude service, I understand that you work hard and are probably tired, but it doesn't need anything to be nice. absolutely dirty compared to other waffle houses (and that should say something) there were dozens of zigarettes and other questionable rolls on the bricks through the front doors. eat on the floor inside, piping of questionable liquids. I don't expect white tablecloths, but that's just a security risk. they are always underused, and there is a leak that has not been fixed, whereby all the countertops are closed. (since 6 months) the building isn't even safe? this is not of a bad experience, it was consistent as this in the 4 years we have lived here. do you want decaf coffee? are they ready to get a loud sigh and one it will be a one, we have not done and then still at the end is caffeine on a busy Saturday morning. (they have both coffees cast from the same pot) Drive them 5 minutes down to one of the other waffle houses or go to tony's or pelham diner over the road.

The food was just as I like cooked too perfection. My family enjoyed. The workers was funny and on top of things.

I mean, it's a waffle house. The servers are friendly and will remember you and your order. They are quick with take out.
