The bartender on the bar side was TRASH! Absolute! It was my first time seeing her there but she is the reason for the review. I sat at the bar for 15 minutes before she said a word. Slow moving and totally disinterested. ???? If the bar on the club side wasn't open I would have left after that first drink. Customer service is not really a thing in black owned businesses! They don't act like they are happy you are there...they act as if we are supposed/have to be

Went to lunch for my birthday on a Sunday. The food here was awesome. I can't wait to return to Memphis again to enjoy this wonderful soul food. I really enjoyed the fried catfish and sweet tea.

The food was amazing? this is the best shrimp and grits I?ve had in Birmingham. It?s reasonable too unless your ordering a drink. I asked for a apple crown and cranberry which was only ten dollars, which I thought was a deal until she gave me a Mouthwash sized cup and it still had ice??? I wish I was exaggerating? I didn?t even want to stay after that? I would only recommend for takeout.

Let me tell y'all about the catfish nuggets and the okra. Baybee...it's somebody uncle back there frying these bad boys. I have also had the wings and the waffles, it was good as well. The BBQ riblets are SLAP THE COOK GOOD!

WHO EVER GOT THEIR GRAND-DADDY BACK THERE COOKING THESE RIBS.. THIS DONT MAKE NO SENSE.. THESE RIBTIPS ARE SO TENDER, JUICY, WELL SEASONED, AND COOKED TO PERFECTION.... MANNN... WE SHARED ONE SERVING BETWEEN 3 PEOPLE AT WORK.. WE WILL BE GOING BACK FOR THESE RIBLETS AGAIN.. AND THE CHEF SALAD WAS VERY NICE AS WELL.. THANKS IN ADVANCE..
