P.f. Chang's Birmingham

The service was slow, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. The sesame chicken was disappointing.

PF Chang's is consistently enjoyable. The food and service are typically excellent. My only small issue is the pricing of the bourbon. A standard Maker's mark on the rocks for $13.50 seems a bit steep. Perhaps it was a generous pour. Other than that, everything was fantastic.

Good quality just not good . Shrimp beyond salty , broccoli cold and fried rice beyond bland but the service was great but food did not hit the mark .

Our first experience at this location was amazing for our 29th Anniversary lunch. The food and atmosphere was on point. Our entrees were the beef with broccoli and crispy honey shrimp was cooked to perfection, and our server was so courteous and polite. We’ll definitely be back again soon.

We had to wait for 2 hours for our food after placing our order. However, they did compensate us with a complimentary entree, which was a nice gesture.
