Bidra med feedbackThat was the worst experience I've ever experienced by Ashley a manager at Panera Bread! I just can't believe how repulsive and rude this company is for people who spend their money at this point. I ordered over $200 for lunch for my team only to find out when I am there, 2 hours later that they did not receive my order. Then I'll wait 20 minutes for my food that turned into 30 minutes. Just to find out that I miss 4 meals. I called back and spoke to Ashley one of the managers and no excuse for missing items from my order. She said everything she can do was a refund. I know the first hand that this is not all they can do. Why not offer what was missing? If she asks for a refund, she asks me to call back in 30 minutes for my refund for an order they have grounded. She said she could help others who give up their orders. But I was JUST THERE and nobody helped me... I had to wait... Ridiculous! Spend your money wisely... Maybe they get better with smaller orders. Not orders from a small team. Next call is in her company office because I'm pretty sure Ashley wrote my credit card number below to process my refund later instead of at the moment.
This place is not a good place for lunch for your team! Put an order online 2 hours ago and came to pick up the order just to find out the order was started. I was told that Tb's manager would talk to Ma, but no one came out. The nice Lord; Chris was very attentive and offered me water. But the woman behind him asked with a very disgusting attitude if I still wanted my order as if the common sense could not be applied to this situation. When I wait for my order, I heard another person placing an online order, was also missing items for their order. $230.00 spent and still have to wait a total of 3 hours for food!
Rude Manager without manners. Her hat had Ashley on it so that her name can be. I'm coming to pick up my order that I made online. Do you absolutely ask if my order is ready and everything she can say is I call your name? Without asking my name? She seemed to have a hard time doing her job and should be immediately appalled.
Fast service after ordering and ordering was perfect. Tallest staff checked me and served us when it was finished. He was 6? 10? and a super nice person. The food was great and the restaurant was clean.
What a cute place! Worked remotely here for a day. Seating was okay, wi-fi worked great, and the food was probably the best I've had compared to any other location. I had a bagel for breakfast, which seemed kind of small but the flavor was still there. But then I had soup and grilled cheese for lunch and both were super hot and delicious. The best part was all the windows letting in natural light!
