Little Caesars Pizza - Birmingham

It is hot and good, but it takes about 10 minutes, but overall it is good.

I love the half Cheese half Pepperoni Pizza!!! My Pizza was hot and fresh!

This will be the 2nd time I've order pizza from this place and they was closed when I arrived. Everything concurs even the door hours they should stay open til 11 Saturday nights. Tonight they stated closed 930 but app let me order and took my money. Just like last time. I never got my refund the last time this happened and I'm sure this will be another $20 I'll have to kiss good bye. Horrible everything. No wonder all the little Caesar are closing down. Where is management at? How can a business operate by not making money?

Stopped for a thin crust pizza but manager or person in charge had problems with me and, from her conversation,with the other workers, from the previous shift. I was chided for using the credit card machine which was not working. She just complained too much for a customer to hear. However, the woman that prepared my pizza and brought it to me was exceptionally nice and polite.

I only got 1/2 my order, paid for all of it. Springville Road location DOES NOT answer phone, go through DoorDash, you eventually talk to someone there!
