Waterstones - Birkenhead

Visited the caffe, a pleasant surprise, quiet, peaceful with good coffee, cake and pleasant staff.

Very friendly staff. beautiful coffee. many tables and chairs. beautiful selection of foods and the bookstore held all kinds of genre.

I always find the staff very pleasant and I always stay for a hot chocolate as well as browsing the books

The staff at Costa in the back of the Loading area were incredibly kind and attentive, treating me like a caring mother to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. It's a lovely little spot by the water.

This is a large bookstore with a really relaxed coffee shop, perfect for enjoying a great time.
