Really excellent coffee. Compares cheaply for all more expensive brands. Your coffee is smooth and never bitter, no matter how strong a mix you buy. Yeah, the prices have risen, but that's all. And they're even cheaper than most gourmet coffee. I agree that their customer service is not always the best in the store, but you are basically in their FACTORY, WAREHOUSE not in a coffee bar or in a café. So stop! They don't get much on foot in the store there, so it's inappropriate to expect them to have a large selection available to taste. (You can now work with K cups)

The coffee was very good and no bad price for a full pound! However, I agree with many other reviewers: The person working in the shop needs therapy or antidepressants! She was one of the most unpleasant people I've met for a long time! Listen to your job if you're so unhappy! I will probably order online to avoid this terrible mood in my life!

Our online order was damaged, but Frank and the staff reacted quickly and friendly. We appreciated their offer for a refund, so we went to a local store and bought more! Great products and great service.

I love it here. I've come to this place since I was a child and in the square on the 9th. Your coffee is always good and now they have a number of different products, such as iced tea pitches, coffee mills, kettles, cups, and other coffee and hot chocolate. I didn't mention other things, either. Great plus: It smells amazing when you go in there.

I have purchased coffee from a distributor but decided to see what they have on line. I am impressed and will have to say that for someone who is very specific and only uses the best of coffees, that is a good thing. I would recommend The Reading Coffee Company to anyone, any day.
