Beijing Express - Birch Run

It's a drive through only but the menu is unreadable. We ordered two beef lo mein. Had to literally go home and cook it in sauce. We were served steamed noodles and steamed meat. I called to inquire but the guy said he'd make me something else. I just wanted beef lo mein. Before and after cooking at home photos.

One of my favorite take-out's in Saginaw County. I haven't been disappointed in an entree yet. Tonight I tried the Garlic Beef Stir fry. Fresh mushrooms, onion, water chestnuts and beef. Yum. I will definitely get it again however it's not as good as the almond boneless. This restaurant is the only one that serves it the right way, over a bed of lettuce. Great crab racoon and egg rolls. The Egg drop soup was good too.

Very bland Chinese food. The fried rice didn?t have any vegetables or eggs in it, I?ve never had fried rice like theirs before. The orange chicken was just meh. My boyfriend who isn?t picky at all said it was the McDonalds version of Chinese food. The egg rolls were the only thing that was good. Definitely won?t be going back. I miss Victor Merek?s!!! :

We were just stopping for a quick bite to eat with not the highest expectations, but this restaurant?s food is DELICIOUS! Our whole family enjoyed the food and ambiance, highly recommend!

This place lives between classic Chinese take out and fine dining. It?s a little more expensive than other Chinese options, but well worth it if you have the budget. The main courses were very large with lots of vegetables, plenty of sauce and rice and a good balance of protein. The flavor was excellent and the dining area clean. The staff were friendly and kind. All around a surprisingly good meal in what seems to be a converted Italian restaurant.
