However, we were still saturated with Bistro Cappuccino, and I had only taken a cheese soup to me to neutralize the taste of the onion soup fed there. The rest of the evening we had licked live music on the promenade terrace, and gradually the main road filled with a great mourning people who had been lured by the guitar sounds of Klinge Co... There was no place in the Plattdütsch anymore! I don't think the two gentlemen still need advertising, but they really had it! From Ostrock with city and carat to Doors, Joe Cocker and and and and to Thin Lizzy were many favorite pieces of us in the repertoire. And that very professional. Well done, gentlemen! At the end of July, I think they're going to be in the flat dime again. So remember and nix as well! But even without live music, the chatty is an address that you should have visited, as I find, once ( sounds for advertising, isn't it? Should it be any way, because it was just good! . So we took our dinner today in the flat dime, even without live music, because yesterday the menu had made us want to try out. We took place on the terrace overlooking the flanier mile and the opposite Villa Neander. While the tables are decorated with red-flowing calanchoes, it is more Mediterranean on the tables with blooming lavender. The greeting was not less friendly than on the eve, and menu and drinks were brought quickly. In general, we should also notice in the following days that the time between food ordering and execution in almost all restaurants was still exceptionally short. Whether the underlying idea is a reason to have such a larger passage? Well, after two fish meal times in a row, it was time for me again for a meat dish. But before, I inquired about the day soup, and since this did not sound as delicious as the Mecklenburg potato soup I ordered the latter. My dearest, as mostly, left the appetizer. She had opted for sea salmon fillet with basil crust on herbal tomato rice. I ordered grilled pork fillet medallions with rucola potato puree. No, I don't always have to be roast potatoes! The Meckelburg potato soup disappointed me a little. However, not because of the taste, but because I prefer the dressing with seasoned ingredients. I feel everything else as a clear soup with content. Nevertheless, as I said, good taste. The pork medallions in combination with the rucola potato puree and the fresh Rahmchampignons were a single enjoyment and completely compensated for the not so perfect eve elsewhere. And it was very beautifully dressed with the three puree balls and the fried rocket up. Also with my loved ones I heard a delightful leach caused by the sea salmon in Basilikum Kruste. Original and tasty the crispy cheese sword on which the fillet rested. We agreed: that was great! At the end, I glowed one more of my favorite whisky and was very pleased that the glass was filled to 4cl and according to the map should contain only 2cl (I hope the boss forgives it, should he read this once. Conclusion: Recommended! Addendum from 15.7.17: On our last evening in Binz we decided to visit Plattdütsch. We could be relatively sure not to be disappointed. In Binz on Rügen, the Plattütsch was something like in an earlier holiday the Achterdeck in Bansin on Usedom. And after the visit of 15.7. we will go up a bit in the first planned star rating! 5 stars are really deserved! This evening we chose the Binzer Fish Plate and Fish Chips. Apart from the original idea of serving the Pommes in a Mini Friteusen Basket, in which the Pommes were embedded in a quite informative newspaper sheet about the history of Fish Chips, the Pommes tasted so well that the Seelachs had to stand at the back of my wife and was only after it was thoroughly erased. And the side salad as promised in the card fresh leaf salads (no china cabbage etc. decorated with popcorn and tasty dressed. My fish plate was just guuuuut, and I imagine when I say that this was the second best roast potatoes of our holiday on Rügen and in particular in Binz, because of the past days I have not even reported ....... That was a nice culinary farewell of Binz! Thank you for that!
