We also arrived at 11 a.m. for the first time at 3 p.m. Mal, they served or more sushi on the rotation sushi (conveyor belt sushi) .. why aaaa...? Would you like to choose the sushi on this rotation, you want to order sikit2, sikit2 order
Sushi King the spring bintulu staff treat us like we owe them a lot of money. Especially the women with glasses always seem moody when we called for assistance. Then I dont know what did she talked abour in the kitchen, all the kitchen staffs looked at us.. so scary. First batch of sushi came to us in 5 minutes which is quick. Second batch never came and we decided to cancel order and paid only for the first batch.
Was the only sushi king in the city before, even better than the spring sushi king. Food is served pretty fast. During the bonanza or buffet, it would be quite packed Wih people.
I have been coming here for a few years now and I have seen the services becoming worse and worse to the point of the staff/waiters ignoring customers, there's a button to call for waiters but well waiters respond to it 3/10 times. Food quality is about average, The space is decent ,customer service is awful. Rate 4/10
I know the sushi always good.. But the service was bad. Don't assumed your costumers don't know what are you talking about them. If you do hate them, talk inside the room. Not in front of your costumer. So rude and bad service ever I had. Fortunately I don't make a scene here.
