I have eaten many, many paints and I enjoy eating so sad it me to write this negative review, but I felt compelled to share this experience to save others from the same experience of ordering their food online. if I could give for this recent experience and five stars for eating in the last times I had been there, and above all the worth in her buffet, I would, but I can't, so I split the difference to three stars, which is generous when hos frustrating this last experience. we ordered $80 worth on food by redirecting them and always what we thought was the right website to order from them - it said it was the link to order directly from moghul's website. we traveled 40 minutes round trip to discover the eating only, they used to order over this website, but no longer take orders from this company, although it still the main redirect on google, via doordash and the other common options. they told us they said that the company ran their website to take this link, and I hope that there is not always on the time people read this review, but I wanted to give people a head over it, and about how their missed order could be treated if they didn't call it. when we said they were no longer working with this website, we asked how we could get our money back. they said we should call eating. However, the company currently does not accept phone calls (their website says that feature is coming soon, so we have asked what should we do to repay? all we got were beaten and the affirmation that we told them to lose it. So, we were out of the food and, we were concerned at the time, out of the money as we had the fee on our card, but no phone number to correct the fee and no answer from email, but we were refunded the next day, so no real loss except the gas money and the time spent there and back. we wish there was a deal to speed up our order as we were there, hungry and ready to spend $80, but they only said there was nothing they could do. we would also like to have a offer of help via contact with the company or a certain insurance that our fee would be deleted if we had the company email as they have no phone number. but we don't have any such security, just that we should contact them, as they can't help. it's been a long time since we ordered from moghul when we moved away from them, but we were believed indians and looked forward to it. this experience made me hungry and angry, so I doubt that I will order again from them. that's a shame, because I really like to eat her. my advice on short notice - just go to her buffet, which is much, and if you want to take out, call them in a order or call them to confirm which apps they still use. if they trust that their order went online, they can starve and annoy by the journey calculated for eating, but leave without eating.

It’s been a while I visited there,before pandemic. first felt nice to see an Indian restaurant in that small town. It has nice a ambience and prime location. Though the taste of food was okay on average side and service was super slow even when it wasn’t busy at all. They can do much better and improve themselves.

In the name of Indian foods, I was served anything made of disproportionate amount of spices and overflowing layers of oils. Moreover high prices, longer waiting time, uncleaned plates, tables, floor, and loud music killed the hunger. I am putting a lone due to it's convenient location near BU.

The worst restaurant around! Don’t waste your time or money. It’s not clean, they also never have the order prepared when they say! It’s another 30-45 minute wait every time! I pick up orders from here often to deliver and i try my hardest not to go in there. I’ve watched multiple customers walk out because their table clothes were dirty before they even sat down. Not to mention the fish tank on display that hasn’t been cleaned since it was installed!

You will never get your food on time, ever. Order over an hour early. If you pickup they will have it ready 20-30 minutes after pickup time. If you get Grubhub it will be 40 minutes late arriving. Depending on what day you order you’ll get the sauce that tastes like it was in the crockpot too long.
